"We had a wonderful stay at The Majestic Hotel in Anaheim! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Disneyland and other attractions. A special shout-out to the wonderful young lady at the front desk who checked us in on Thursday August 6, 2026 at approximately 3:00 p.m. She was absolutely awesome—friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right from the start. Her excellent customer service really set the tone for our stay. I didn't get her name. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at The Majestic Hotel again. Highly recommend!"

"Location, amenities, and room was nice. We were on floor 5 in the pool level. The hallway carpet always smelled musty. The amenities were nice but depending on the time and day the spa was always packed. The side of the building we were on was next to the trash collection and delivery drivers which always woke us up before 5am or so every day. If you can see the nice mural from the balcony you are on tras collection side."
