「Casa Palopó was easily one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. They booked us tuktuks to travel around, and allowed us to preorder breakfast and take it early on the day we left. Each time we came back to our room, they had been in to tidy up and leave us a little gift! The hotel and grounds are gorgeous, and the views of Lake Atitlan are breathtaking. 「Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They collected our luggage and took it to our room, and were able to answer questions about the town and getting around.
