"I made a reservation for March 9 and I took a screenshot before I hit continue. When I receive the booking confirmation there must’ve been a glitch in the third-party website and it recorded it as March 8. When I received messages to check in, I thought that was strange so I contacted the third-party website as well as the hotel directly. Even with a screenshot of the dates that I chose no one helped me. Not a cancellation and charge me a fee, not a cancellation, not fix the mistake and move it to the correct date one night forward, nothing. I was on the phone for hours late into the night. My small church is paying for the night for me to attend my first conference since 2019. We don’t have a budget for this and the lack of help was very upsetting."

"The heating system loudly came on and off all night. We were too tire after a day of moving to get up to change rooms. I’m sure it wasn’t the first time this occurred."

"Very clean , we are satisfied and will return for business . Room set up is perfect with swivel tv. Clean rooms . Soap s.ells lovely as well. Breakfast was was better than most hotels so far. All was fresh."

"Shuttle had to be called for. Nobody answer the phone at front desk. Shuttle didn't run after 10pm till 7 am. Had to used taxi to get to airport. Hotel bar and restaurant under contuction. No tv after 11pm."

"Well my stay was very boring. When I checked in with the room the television was not working. Stayed scrambled signal or off line. When I made the front desk aware they stated they knew and someone was on the roof fixing it then. But my television never recovered signal so I was stuck in a room with no entertainment all night and morning. That should have been a factor when checking in and personally I feel they should have done a check with all guests to make sure they regained signal. Makes me think I’m going to have to call and check for television service before booking a room again."

"Ice machine was a bit far but loved there was a life guard on duty at the pool. Bistro staff was a welcome balm in the morning. "

"This was a wonderfully enjoyable stay. The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was welcoming, friendly, professional and competent. The location is also very convenient in that it is just 30 mins from DC, has several good restaurants, shopping and any services one might need."
