「The "Warehouse" was a unique Place. It was a large Room with Tall Ceiling and very nicely decorated. I stayed in Room#1. The location of the Gibson Warehouse was in the old downtown historic section of Staunton. Revitalized, brightly illuminated, Great resturant right underneath the Hotel part - Byers Street Bistro - great food and service. I will be stayomg there again on my next trip through.」

The space was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with basic cooking items, though spices were minimal. The location is a big plus—easy walking distance to downtown restaurants—and we would definitely stay here again.」

「BEWARE OF THE NON DISCLOSURE OF $80 CLEANING OR TOWEL FEES - ADDED AT CHECK OUT. We booked our stay through Expedia, where the apparent "$80 towel fee" was buried deep in the terms and conditions. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the extra charge. After three days of going back and forth with Expedia & Historic Berkeley, I was finally able to get the cleaning fee refunded from Expedia, even though the monies were collected at the hotel. The hotel was apologetic but placed the blame...
