「The place was expensive and pretty outdated. The breakfast was good.」

「The hotel was located in a good central area. It was clean, and we felt safe. Our room was also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not as good as we hoped it would have been: bagels, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, and the cheap-tasting link sausage (sliced). We were very disappointed that the pool was closed. We were told our key would allow us to enter The Hampton's pool. The Hampton was across the parking lot, but we didn't feel comfortable doing that.」

「Bugs in the bathroom and the walls next to the shower are decaying and the sink is separating from the “back splash”. The bed and blanket are absolutely terrible as well. Biggest waste of money」

I had phoned the front desk with a...

「Good breakfast and great staff」

「Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family...

「Doors and drawer covers were missing. Very minimal comfort in the rooms.」
