We felt sad for leaving early but we came back to an amazing time with my husband. the heated pool was amazing at night. The warmth of the fire was so shooting. "Pros: The staffs are very kind, polite and always smiling. The panorama was very nice. Cons: Rooms are very small, toilet was smelling very bad. Tiny house made from metal sheets, causing always hot inside the room. Jakuzi was good but not so clean, no regular cleaning, you need to call the service for cleaning. Overall, the price/satisfaction is very low, you can pay similar amount for better places. I don't recommend staying there."

"The Lift is not from the ground floor to the last floor, it starts from the first floor and ends at the 5th floor. My room is on the 6th floor. The receptionist was helpful and invaluable. His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast."
