"Well, this place seems brand new and is clean and the apartments are lovely, there is a lot of noise of construction and seagulls over the canal. Also, the staff is not terribly welcoming. And the breakfast was poor. Customers had no access to any of the food. For €11, you got served weak coffee ..."
