"The Royal Plaza Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were super clean. The staff were gracious and the location was perfect. The Hotel is connected to an amazing shopping mall as well as the subway. "The staff and service at Dorsett was what stood out for us. We landed early and Dorsett was able to store our luggage. Since the hotel was within walking distance to Time Square, we were able to spend a few hours in the area and had a great time.
The hotel shuttle staff was so friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was very convenient to get to the MTR especially on the hot summer days in HK. Additionally, they gave us instructions on how to take local bus/subways to the destination we want.
Lastly, we loved the self-laundry service - easy to use and very convenient. We've been travelling for over 10 days and having a hotel that doesn't charge an arm and a leg on laundry was great."
