Although they said they couldn’t determine it until the day when we checked in, they did do their very best and we were able to check in three hours early at no extra cost. The only negative I would say is that if people are talking in the corridor you can hear them in your room. Hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Kowloon a short walk from Jordan station. Staff are friendly and efficient. "
