parking was very good, staff at the reception especially the young lady was very good who provided us with the portable heater and gave some information where places are, for 6 nights no engineer to fix their heater kept on promising to us, toilet & floor are very cold, the room was dirty they do not clean the floor everyday, they only collect the bin and fixed the bed everyday but never changed the bed sheets, first 3 nights kids are running about and hear them from the room, breakfast same everyday and no hot food, no variety same bread, same cheese, same yogurt, same orange juice drink only, and a few fruits.

I am impressed especially the bedsheets duvet cover towels you cant smell any trace of human scents. Everything was spotless.. To be honest it looks like a convent dormitory . But you wont fear errie as all nooks and corners were images of the cross. I feel safe and slept soundly by myself.Bonus 10 mins waild to the Sanctuary and just outside were shops and resto.Highly recommended.Hotel with breakfast cost was so affordable. human h

Pouco opção no café da manhã. Meu quarto estava sujo e molhado no banheiro. No dia de sair não havia ninguém na recepção e o local quase todo escuro. Pedi para o funcionário chamar um táxi pois estava chovendo, ele não mexeu um dedo para me ajudar. Fui em outro hotel onde fui prontamente atendida. Uma pena que um local com tão grande potencial está visivelmente mal administrado.

Quarto não estava pronto as 15h. Sugeriram voltarmos muito tempo depois. Porém, resolveram sobre pressão. Pequeno almoço caótico, com apenas o mínimo do básico: poucos pães, café acabando a todo momento, queijo e fiambre insuficientes para todos, e um sumo bem diluído. Foi necessário solicitar chávenas, açúcar e pão para o único funcionário a trabalhar naquele caos. Experiência terrível. Nunca mais!!!

A terrible experience. Let's start by saying that the hotel was supposed to have multilingual staff, so they also understood Italian, but no one spoke Italian. We arrived, they gave us the room, and found a bathtub, something we hadn't seen in years, so a bathtub that is dangerous. Go ask for a room change and they tell me either you keep this room with the double bed or the room with the shower, as you prefer, but with separate beds. I explain that we are a married couple who got married last week and therefore we are on our honeymoon, so we are sticking with it. Unfortunately, the first room has no showers and no bathtub with a hand shower. With a police patch and terrible dirty tiles on the floor, dirty, all dirty. Phone sockets for chargers and gone, non-existent bedside tables. I understand it was a religious institution. But modernize the rooms, do some work, make them accessible by 2025. So to charge phones, one outside the bathroom and the other inside the bathroom instead of the hairdryer, then, um, breakfast, breakfast included, terrible, terrible, little choice, a bottle of hot water.
