"The Front Desk Manager made the difference. He was very helpful to me as he went out of his to get me breakfast even after they were done serving breakfast long ago. The only thing I did not like is unavailability of food or snacks or even vending machines for hungry guests who arrive late ..."

"The location was great. However, the management need to work on dining options for kids such as tacos, cheeseburgers etc. Serving just pizza is not enough. The bathrooms in the snack restaurant were disgusting. I don't think this hotel deserve a 5 star. As result. I will not be going back or recommending ..."
