「The wifi was down, couldn’t use our data in the room because (almost no service). Its not a necessity but really nice to be able to plan the next day or call the kids at home. The room is really basic, a bit run down but for the price it was ok. The cleaning lady left our door wide open 2 days in a row after cleaning. You can hear everything from other rooms. The location was hard to find but still good location.」

「Good service. Good location. Good breakfast. Good stay. 」

「I cannot recommend this riad enough. Great staff where nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of it. Location just outside the main square and the business was great as it provided some relief from the hustle and bustle.」

「Very clean and helpful staff」

「Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. And the people who work here are the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. If we come back to Marrakech in the future, we hope to see our friends from the Riad Livia once...

「Beautiful place inside La Medina, the place is better than what the pictures let you see. The hostess that received us was pretty amazing he give us a complete tourist guide of the places that must been seen and how to get through all Marrakesh!! We truly recommend to stay here for your next trip!」

「Excellent all round」

「The property is beautiful and is definite a must for the real experience, food was excellent. The staff was so so helpful. I can’t stress this enough. Just an FYI , uber is illegal in some Morocco areas. I didn’t know this and it made it very hard to get to my Riad with my luggages as most Riads are located in the same area. I suggest making arrangements for pick up with the hotel.」

「clear and safe」

「We had an incredible stay at this Riad! We wanted to immerse ourselves in the Moroccan culture by staying in the Medina and got exactly what we wanted. The Riad is within walking distance from the souks, which was very helpful. The decor, the morning breakfasts were all very authentic and we especially loved how helpful and caring the staff was. I got an injury at one point and every staff member checked on me every day. One even went to the pharmacy to fetch supplies for me. I am so grateful...
