Wonderful and great value!

Wonderful Guest House - great value, service, helpfulness and friendliness from the staff. Beautiful gardens and 2 pools! Very good breakfast. Cannot rate it high enough.

Terrible. Dont bother stay here.

the hotel was terrible. -The man host was extremely rude. He actually questioned us on being late for check in! - there were no porters to help with the baggage. - the hotel did not have electricity for 5 - 6 hours and they did not have any kind of backup power either so we had to sit in the heat, could not charge our phones, have a hot cup of team or take a hot shower that morning. - This is not a hotel, but is actually someones house converted to a guesthouse. - definitely not worth the price.

Der Garten und das Haus von außen sind toll anzusehen. Leider setzt sich das nicht im Inneren fort. Die Zimmer sind groß mit sehr alter Einrichtung, die leider nicht gut gepflegt oder gereinigt ist. Das Personal tut nur das Notwendigste, um den Rest muss man sich irgendwie selbst kümmern (z.B. Handtücher für den Pool). Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Schade, das Anwesen hat tolles Potenzial welches nicht gehoben wird.

Jolie maison entourée d'un beau jardin très calme. Nous avons bénéficié de plus grandes chambres que ce que prévoyait notre réservation et nous étions avis. Les chambres sont agréables et propres. Le personnel de l'hôtel très aimable et le petit-déjeuner offre un grand choix. La piscine mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Merci de nous avoir gentiment accueilli !

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier und sehr zufrieden. Einzig das Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt, das geht noch besser. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen.

een idyllisch cottage achtig guesthouse uit 1905 in een rustige woonbuurt met prachtige huizen. in een verrukkelijke streek, de karoo met talloze prachtige plekken.

Charmigt guest-house.

Vackert och charmigt guest-house med propra rum och en härlig solskyddad veranda med utsikt över prunkande blomsterprydd närmast parkliknande trädgård. I trädgården fanns tillgång till två mindre pooler med klart fint vatten. Superb frukost innehållande så gott som allt vad man behöver för en bra start på dagen. Boendet i välbärgat område bland villor med väl tilltagna tomter. Tillgång till gratis wi-fi som dessvärre ej fungerade så bra under vår vistelse. Läget lungt och fint. Tio min med bil till centrum o restauranger.

Die Besitzerin (zumindest denken wir es) hat uns toll in Empfang genommen. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Im von ihr empfohlenen Hotel haben wir das beste Straussensteak gegessen. Zimmer sehr süß eingerichtet, das einzige Manko waren die extrem lauten Grillen.

What a delightful house, set in the most beautiful garden, just a short walk from the town centre. The accommodation was superb - really luxurious and the receptionist could not have been more helpful. Excellent breakfast - we were made to feel really special. Many thanks; we will definitely be back when we return to Oudtshoorn.
