"After stating there 4 times this was the worst and never again. First day no hot water at all, broken. Offered to move us but already unpacked. Delt with cold water. Day 2, broken elevator had to take steps. Day 4 ant like bugs in 1 bed, moved rooms. Did not offer any discounts or compensation for issues. Will find another place next time. So disappointing, it use to be of higher quality "

"Good amenities although not all available in winter months. Have stayed here in summer and the beach Lido is good and included (if you stay at other Lido’s it can be €25 per day for a lounger). Good for self catering holidays and very close to the beach (short walk). "

"Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room. Also, breakfast was meager and not appetizing. There was a player of cold scrambled eggs that sat out the duration of the meal. Very disappointed."

"Lovely hotel. We stayed with breakfast included. Found the menu for evening meals was a bit limited. So thoroughly recommended the family restaurant opposite. Bar staff were lovely and staff on breakfast duties were also very attentive. "

"I liked the look of the Marchesina Hotel. Very spacious, easy flow, lots of areas to sit, Our particular room, a little needy for traveling tourists with suitcases and places to hang toiletrybag, towels. I would say a little upgrade is needed in respect to tourists needs in a oom."

"We stayed here and did day trips to Amaalfi, Positano n Sorrento. Hotel has indoor free parking, good breakfast, very clean rooms n bath, the staff is very friendly & courteous. Its more convenient to stay here if your driving."
