「Loved everything 」

「Hotel bem pertinho do centro da cidade. Fizemos tudo a pé. Oferecem estacionamento gratuito. Todos da recepção foram muito educados e solicitos. Paula, que nos recebeu, nos ajudou com passeio de barco e dicas de praias. Jantamos uma noite no hotel e a comida estava bem gostosa também. 「Our stay at Masseria Bandino & Spa was wonderful! The check-in process was quick and the woman checking us in was very helpful. The room was nice and spacious with a great air conditioning. Just outside our room was a little sitting area which was a great place to have our morning coffee. The pool area is beautiful and open to guests 24 hours a day! It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. We greatly enjoyed our stay!」

「As a Japanese person, I often stand out in this area where there are very few Asians and people sometimes look at me with curiosity. However, the front desk staff at this hotel provided excellent service. They had a list of recommended restaurants prepared in advance, and kindly explained how to use the public bus system. Although some of the staff only spoke Italian, it seems their policy is to always have English-speaking staff available, so I didn’t experience any inconvenience. One thing...

「The hotel is located a bit outside of Otranto and therefore quiet. It has a nice pool and the rooms have a very nice patio to sit outside.」

「We have just got back from staying here for a week & could not say enough good things about TC. The grounds were gorgeous, so well looked after, the staff were flawless and the food was so fresh and delicious! Pool area was super relaxing and rooms were so clean & fresh. A few minutes drive into Otranto & would recommend a car to get around and explore as there is lots to see and do! Big shout out to Matteo (I think that’s the spelling) he was the greatest hotel waiter! 」
