"Friendly above and beyond staff right from the moment they pick you up at the dock. The hotel is a beautiful chic boutique property with an exclusive euro vibe. Loved the terrace in front of our room, perfect for candlelight romantic dinner. The La Dolce Vita restaurant is a small lovely lush place and the food is world class. Villa Caprichosa is a gem!"

"This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. We called the phone number listed on Expedia countless times, and every single time the number was disconnected. There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment. Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all. Because we had no way of knowing where we were supposed to go or how to access the property, we made the decision to cancel the reservation. We then requested a refund through Expedia, but it was denied. Despite the fact that no one could contact the owner, we were still charged and the money was not returned. This reflects a complete lack of communication and reliability. Very disappointing experience."

"The staff made us feel extra comfortable with their excellent service, the food was also 10/10 and the breakfast included with the hotel was so good. I definitely would come back here again when returning to isla taboga"
Gorgona Beach Hotel

"Location is not OK on Waze, first write to then to give you exactly location, name is wrong, is not Hotel is Gorgona Beach House. Pool was dirty, not plenty parking lots, there is a stair very badly designed, do not hold the stairs sideways, there is no kitchenette as it says, there is no table, neither chairs, and you need to call or chat everytime to open the gate that is closed for safety resons."

"They were extremely friendly, there is so much to do for the low cost. Swimming, pool table , ping pong, volleyball. The room was nice and the breakfast was exquisite. I wish we could have stayed longer. We strongly recommend it. You will not regret. "

"The hot water heater a little tricky And washcloths would be nice The building numbers were not visible till you walked up to the door! So a little difficult to find your room Beautiful place "
