"Travellers should be aware that there are no chairs with legs at this property (examine photos carefully). We ate all meals sitting on the floor. Any work we had to do on our laptops was done on the floor. If we played cards in the evening together, this was also done sitting on the floor. "This place is fantastic. A close walk to the train station- convenient walk to everything and the place is great. Large, comfortable, really well appointed and immaculately clean. Everyone loved it. The soaking rub was fantastic and it kept the water hot for over an hour!!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Takayama.
