Our stay was very disappointing from start to finish.
Upon arrival, we waited around 30 minutes outside the entrance gate as no one responded to our calls or the doorbell. Check-in was minimal and we were not shown the property, only taken directly to our room.
The air conditioning in the room was not working, despite being told it would be repaired. It remained broken, and the room temperature exceeded 30°C at night, making it impossible to sleep. No staff were reachable, and we were completely alone on the property. On our first evening return, the gate was again locked with no response. We had to climb over the wall and open it from inside ourselves. We only received a gate remote on the second day.
Breakfast was very poor (dry bread, no selection). Only on the second morning did we receive a breakfast menu via WhatsApp, but the quality remained low (packaged juice and supermarket cereal).
The room was small but acceptable. However, the whirlpool was dirty and unusable due to hygiene concerns.
There were no proper window shutters, only thin curtains and a blackout curtain, allowing heat inside and making the room uncomfortable and not private.
No receipt was ever issued, allegedly due to internet issues, and nothing was sent afterwards.
We were promised a refund, but despite multiple follow-ups, nothing has been received to date.
