「很簡潔迅速的入住手續，櫃檯服務人員有問必答，服務態度很好，也提供需要換零錢搭公車的服務。 即使不是新穎的旅館，空間也並非寬敞，但是地點在市區而且就價位而言，已經無可挑剔。在餐廳門口有提供免費的咖啡機和熱水，很方便。地點就在公車站前面，附近也有超市和餐廳，離安徒生博物館很近。」

「I stayed in the main building 1st floor. Room was really new and clean, nice and cosy. It's located in a very quiet residential area. Not many things to do around, but it's calm and relaxing. There's a nice little park behind the hotel with trees and squirrels. I really enjoyed my stay for 3 nights.」

「One of the strangest bathrooms I’ve ever experienced. It was very large, but there was no shower walls or a bathroom, just a small shower curtain that didn’t prevent any water from getting all over the room. At the same time, some of the floor tiles were broken, and the water seeked in under the tiles, creating brownish water all over the floor…」

「We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Scandinavian breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The only small downside was that the shower had no raised edge, so some water spilled onto the bathroom floor. A simple fix would be to provide a squeegee to help push the water toward the drain. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!」

「Staff greet us at each visit, very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, flatware and enough pans and utensils. Toaster/oven would be a nice addition. Few electrical outlets for modern times but adequate. 」

「Clean and spacious hotel. No bad smell. Shower and wifi is ok. The bed is comfortable.My double bed is two single beds putting together. I don‘t know the design in the other room. The breakfast is simple but ok. Some milk and cornflakes, breads, bacon, egg, sausage etc. Only one combined body and hair shampoo is provided. It seems no air-conditioner in the room. But a fan and iron are provided. There is heater and warm enough in winter. Enough table and chair. It is a lovely hotel for me.」
