The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was a busy holiday weekend with a big old car show in town. This hotel is on a busy intersection so the traffic noise was an issue but no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was good and we had an excellent evening meal in the cozy dining room.

Roger, this man is a lifesaver! We arrived at this hotel tired from several days of skiing. We were pleased to see a free spa with jacuzzis and a sauna. It has a beautiful interior and smells/looks so clean. There were also snacks and drinks to purchase up front. We had to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m. the next morning but didn’t rent a car. The taxis were also all refusing to drive us. But Roger, the front desk manager at the time, so kindly offered to drive us and all of our luggage to the airport. We were so grateful and relieved. I’m not sure what we are would’ve done without him!!!! We wished we could’ve stayed longer in this beautiful place. Cannot recommend it enough!

Era nossa única opção disponível para a rota que estávamos fazendo atrás da Aurora boreal, foi bom ter encontrado um best western e ter sido bem recepcionado: mas o hotel é o que diz ele é meio teatral e com decoração como diz o tema; dormimos tarde mais muito pois nosso quarto era bem escuro!

Hotellet är centralt beläget och i historisk byggnad där de har behållit en hel del av den tidigare teaterns charm. Rummet var rymligt och kuddarna/täcket var fluffigt. Frukostbuffén var extensiv med något för alla.

Takfönster som inte gick att öppna, golvfläkt men vad hjälper det när det är 25 grader minst. Fruktansvärt varmt, och dammigt. Sängen var ren och bekväm, kunde dock bara kliva i sängen från ett håll, tur man är vig som en elefant 😂

Trevligt inbyggd teater med massa kul inredning samt att de har har sparat teatern. God och varierat utbud på frukosten. Nära till bra restauranger och shopping. Välkomnande personal. Kommer att boka samma hotell om jag kommer tillbaka till Östersund.
