「This hotel is located in an amazing location with Poole Harbour to one side and the sea to the other, both accessible from the hotel.
The staff are polite and professional. The housekeeping is impressive.
Although the building is looking a little tired, the ambience, staff members and service make up for it.
Breakfast is as expected with variety on offer to cater to most dietary requirements. The dining/eating area could be made a little more attractive as the layout seems rather formal....

「There’s a lot to love about this very special hotel. The location, atmosphere and overall set-up are genuinely unique, right in the heart of Hardy country in the village of Evershot.
I did have a couple of issues with the hot water during my stay, but management dealt with them swiftly and effectively.
What really makes the place stand out, though, is the staff. The attention to detail and the care they take over guests’ comfort is second to none, and it’s what turns a nice stay into a great...
