We love the location of the hotel, it is right next to the royal palace. The major train station is a 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast is fantastic. The room is very clean and comfortable.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here with the rest of the wedding party. The rooms are very spacious and quite nice with a balcony and 2nd bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet enough at night to have the balcony door open if we wanted. The breakfast buffet is substantial and that was a highlight. We also appreciated always having coffee and tea available in the lobby. The location is quite convenient to several trolly and bus lines and very walkable to all parts of the city. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff were very helpful, location was excellent, and breakfast was AMAZING! Here are some notes for improvement: 1) Late in the day all the complimentary coffee and tea was gone. 2) Schedule breakfast reservations every 15 minutes to avoid the long lines. 3) Stage the plates at the beginning of the buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was in a very convenient location near the Royal Palace and gardens. The room was large and comfortable and even had a small kitchen. There was no mirror in the bedroom. When I asked about this reception I was told I would need to upgrade to get a room with a mirror! The breakfast buffet was very good.

Well located, comfortable room with kitchenette which was very helpful. Good shower was also very nice! Breakfast was quite good too. Totally weird layout from the combination of different buildings but once you got used to it no big deal. Location makes most of Oslo within walking distance and we loved Oslo!

The breakfast was truly one of the best I’d had at any hotel in 30 years. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spacious rooms were perfect with lovely down pillows and comforters. I will seek out Thon hotels for future stays.

This was the perfect hotel for a two night stay in Oslo, very close to the Royal Palace and a short walk from the shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and tea/coffee was available in the lobby. The breakfast was excellent - one of the best on our trip across Norway. There was so much choice and all of it was delicious 😊 We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Oslo!
