everything is perfect!!! only 10 mins by walk from oslo station. the best thing in the hotel is meeting their staff FABIAN there!!! i have to say it's hotel's honor to have such nice and friendly, warm-hearted employee. FABIAN helped me to find my lost wallet and delivery it to the train station for me. without his help, I have ruined my trip. it's my luck to receive his help. he's very patient to answer all kinds of questions. thanks to him, today becomes my Lucky day. btw, the breakfast in hotel is very good. room is very clean and comfortable. i could find everything i need. the bed is large and comfortable enough to have a good sleep. having employee like him in hotel could make consumers feel like at home我必须强烈安利这家酒店，因为他们的员工太好了，尤其是FABIAN，异国他乡我把带有护照银行卡的钱包丢了，是他帮我找到，并且送到火车站。如果没有他，我已经毁了我得整个行程，后面所有的行程都将接不上。除了这个理由以外，这个酒店的早餐真的很不错，所有口味的人都能在这找到他们喜爱的食物。这个酒店的房间，床也够大够舒适，离火车站也很近。我们赶早上6点多的火车，一点问题都没有，走路只要10分钟，而且路也很好走。最后我想重申一下，酒店请表扬👍FABIAN这么好的员工，像他这么乐于助人，非常善意，有责任心的员工可以为住户带来更多的快乐。

Thon Panorama has an excellent location. Easy walk to the Opera House, Karl Johan pedestrian walk, and the train station. Buses are easy to access. We had been on the Hartegruten ship. The port also is close by. The breakfast buffet is bountiful. We had a Superior room that was spacious.

We booked a business room for a family of two adults and two children and were assigned a room on the 11th floor. Everything was just perfect. The room is spacious and well equipped with everything you might need: a kettle, Nespresso machine, iron, fridge, safe, and hairdryer. You can tell the hotel has been recently renovated — everything feels new and spotless. Even the TV isn’t a retro Grundig from the 1990s, but a large, modern panel with excellent picture quality. The room was warm, and the bathroom had underfloor heating, which was especially pleasant during the freezing cold days in Oslo. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. I particularly enjoyed the lightly cooked vegetables and the ginger shot. The only minor downside is that the breakfast area might be a bit small for a hotel of this size. You may have to wait briefly for a free table and queue for coffee, but it never felt like a real issue.

The rooms are small and badly needing updated. The balcony and windows are cable tied shut - you can’t use them. They should remove the pictures from website. Room service horrible.
