We enjoyed our stay at the Holberg hotel. The property itself was a beautiful building, easy access to public transportation or a short walk to main attractions. The breakfast was excellent and had many fresh options. There was a lot of street noise echoing in our room, and the room itself was on the small side.

The hotel has a privileged location, next to royal palace and a train station, the staff is friendly and intended to do the stay comfortable! I stayed In two Scandic hoteles during my stay in Norway and they were an excellent choice!

Warm welcome despite the early hour. Great mini shop in foyer. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Great location for trams and walking into town.

Easy to find and a great location. Only challenge for us are the trams, we live in the countryside at home, but we did get used to it. Staff could not be better and the breakfasts as are good as you’d get anywhere at this price. If we return to Oslo we’d definitely stay here again.
