「Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, freundliches Personal, Frühstück war ausreichend.」

「The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops.」

「No one was ever at the reception the whole time we were there. Had to arrange everything with the restaurant staff next door. Room had an unpleasant smell, poor lighting and an uncomfortable and not so clean bed.」

「The location is great, only minutes from the train station, where you can also find the coop supermarket in the complex. It's off the main street so the traffic won't bother your rest. A sign showing the entrance, which looks no difference from other office building, would definitely help. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and tidy and you can make yourself a coffee with the nespresso machine. The breakfast is good.」

「Good experience compared with Hyatt Place Zurich Airport」

「The room has NO Air Conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. And I even stayed for four nights! Totally regretting this. In addition, the room cleaners constantly forget to refill things like towels and tissue paper, which we always have to call the reception to get it back. However, if you ignore the above negatives, the breakfast was good with sufficient variety of food. In addition, they have gym and meeting rooms which I did not expect a 3 star hotel to have. Hence, if you...
