「The room didn't have a tub! Pool was very small. Didn't have a hot tub. Other than that room was big and bed comfortable.」

「Stayed 1 night with a friend to see what Pella had to offer. The location was good though out of the downtown area. Since it was the week leading up to tulip fest we were looking for affordable. No complaints. The property was as expected—comfortable. Liked the layout of the room. I can recommend the hotel.」

「comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!」

「Room was great but the stairway and hallway was freezing! I work on those types of ac heaters all the time. Who needs to keep units at 62 degrees? That's plain crazy! Thanks for the cold I got!」

「Close to downtown, walking distance to the fun downtown coffee shops and restaurants. Stated with a family of 5 and the room was comfy!」
