Relaxing family stay with fluffy snow falling outside. Clean rooms, nice beds, pleasant indoor and outdoor onsen, breakfast was very good. We played ping pong, but unfortunately the fireplace was never lit. We enjoyed walking around in the snow, and the nearby soba restaurant was so good we ate there twice. The nearby shrine is worth a visit, and the train station is only a short walk for those without a car. I would like to visit again!

Lovely hotel. My room was large and had a view of the mountains. The onsen is small but has a nice outdoor pool which was delightful in the rain. Staff don't speak a lot of English but used translators to help. The restaurant is very nice with attention to every detail. I would stay here again.

Got a 3 person japanesse style room. It was good, the hotel's sauna is very simple, so i recomend also exploring other saunas in the city, the room was good.

自動販売機が故障していましたが、ラウンジや 浴室の前に水や 飲み物が あったので 良かったです 食べ物や お菓子の 自動販売機もあると良いかと思います お隣の銭湯の無料券がありましたが そこのスタッフの方が とても 威圧的な口調や態度で怖くて 入れませんでした 複数の施設の選択肢があると良いです

温泉はとても良く滝の湯も近くて立地も良かったです。温泉が熱いのも鳴子温泉の醍醐味でとても良かったのですが　館内が暑いのです。 温泉卓球や漫画を読める部屋などとにかく暑くて楽しめません。一階のくつろぎスペースも同じです。脱衣所も暑く温泉が素晴らしいのにもったいないなと思いました。

のんびりと過ごせるお宿

鳴子温泉駅から近く、鳴子温泉の街並みを楽しむには良い立地だと感じた。 ホテルは外観も内装も綺麗な状態が維持されていた。室内には扇風機があったので、暑過ぎるということはなかったが、室内の空調設備が古く、室内の温度管理がうまく出来なかった点が気になった。 食事については、同行者のアレルギーに対してとても丁寧に対応され、安心して過ごすことができた。 温泉はホテル内に加えて、ホテルに隣接する滝の湯を利用可能で、泉質の異なる温泉を楽しめた。

食事はまあまあだが、硫黄ガスが凄い

とにかく硫黄の匂いが凄い。その割に風呂は無臭で、隣の公共浴場に行く。 硫黄の噴出する地面に立地しているらしく、一晩駐車したら翌日丸一日車内がオナラ臭く、車体が腐食してないか心配になった。チェックインはiPadで煩わしい、住所と名前記入だけなのに。 食事はまあまあ頑張っているが、白石ウー麺のように工夫の無いものもあり80点。

The surroundings of the hotel are not so nice, but we were pleasantly surprised when entering the hotel. The interior was very modern and the food was delicious.
