It is always about location. It's only a few blocks away from Dotobori Street. And there are subway stations close to the hotel as well. They don't have the usual Japanese toilet though (if you know what I mean), but it's clean, so not a deal breaker at all. The hotel folks are friendly.
The floor in the room was extremely slippery, I nearly fell quite a few times. TV could ’ve been bigger. Amazing location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Here's a rewritten version:
The staff was excellent and very helpful. One evening, no staff members were on duty, and I couldn't access my room because the keypad had stopped working. I ended up sleeping on the lobby couch, and the staff kindly woke me the next morning to help me get back into my room. They opened the digital keypad and replaced the batteries, which solved the problem completely.
The room could have been slightly cleaner, and I had assumed all Japanese toilets came with bidets—I was mistaken about that. Overall though, it was a great value for the price. Thank you!
I’m glad I chose this place, great price, great location, clean and bathroom is so nice. Definitely will book this hotel again and I highly recommend this hotel. 👍 5⭐️
Excellent location for walking to Kuromon market and Dotonbori! Another plus is that it’s located between 2 subway stations. Would definitely stay again. My only gripe is my room did not have a towel rack/hook.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The worst hotel I have stayed in during my 40 years of travelling. Zero sound proofing on rooms. Neighbouring room could hear everything, sounded like a illegal brothel. Did not get 1 minute of sleep all night. Room had terrible smell, visited local convenience store to purchase spray to deodorize room. Walls covered in stains. The only positive thin I can say is the staff were very friendly. DO NOT STAY AT THIS COMPLEX YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.
I’m not a picky hotel snob, yet this place really under delivered on so many factors. Laundry list below:
- Shower faucet did not drain, so we had ankle deep water while showering
- Room was microscopic, even for Japan standards. Not suitable for couples or anyone taller than 6 foot 2 inches.
- Bathroom is the size of an airplane bathroom
- Cleaning only once every 3 days
- Front desk is checked out and more or less clueless. Didn’t have basic information such as where to get luggage delivery service
- Worst part: there’s construction noises from 10-6pm, so don’t expect to sleep wel.
The only bright spots were its location and comfortable bed and bedding. Highly recommend finding a different hotel. I regret taking a chance on this one.
Room, including the Building is Clean & Tidy
Some Staffs are nice & helpful
Room is "small", but it is similar to others in Japan's cities like Osaka
Location is Good
5 mins walk to Nagahoribashi Station
Noise in Monday morning due to near a construction site
