This hotel location only takes 10-15min to the train stations and Dotonri. Fast check in and checkout. The room is little tidy for four of us and four luggages

We had a great experience; our room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean while still being affordable. Excellent location close to shops/food and trains and easy self check-in as well. Really appreciate the clear instructions and communication from the owners. We would absolutely stay here again in the future :)

Small room but clean

Location is near to train station, room is clean but small, ceiling is lower, shower room is small too. A bit issue for check in process using tablet, Internet is slow, only 1 tablet to use even 3 tablets are proveded.

Family of 5, great location and very clean place. Only things we didn’t like was that customer who stayed didn’t follow the rules and smoking balcony and smoking in-front of the entrance and throw away a Cigarettes everywhere! No respect

Noise from AC dripping water

Premise was clean. Location is fair for the price. The only draw back was the noise from the dripping water from the air conditioner. Sometimes it was quite annoying.

The location was good; however the overall experience was disappointing due to the following: - Only virtual reception was available - No safe luggage keeping at foyer - Electronic check-in steps were abundant - The elevator space was tight - Room for three was too small - Rubbish bags had not been removed for two consecutive days; some guests discard rubbish to the central bin on their own - Table and chairs were foldable - Shower head was weak - Mattress and pillows were not comfortable

I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting. Everything was very clear about house rules. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and would come back again! Thank you!

The property has no change of fresh towels for a 5 days stay, no dryer, no ice machine, no vending machine and no smoking room inside the building. Pillows are so unconfortable and small. I would.not.recommand this so called hotel to anyone as it is not a hotel at all. Only thing is good that there r lots of restaurants, convenience stores within a few mins walk. Nothing else.is worth for the mo,

We loved this property. The room we booked was big enough for all our luggage and a lot bigger than other rooms in the area! It’s next to a 7/11 as well and this made it perfect for late night Konbini runs! :)

It's in a fantastic location (15-20min walk to Shinsaibashi), and quite clean. The room was very tight which was a bit of an adjustment with a family of four from a western country.
