Fantastic stay—lots of room and super clean! While it’s not in the typical touristy part of Osaka, if you’re okay walking through a rowdier nightlife zone, I thought the location was great.

Perfect location in Osaka

Really amazing place! It was central, clean and comfortable beds. The only thing that could make this place even better would have been if the sofa bed was more comfortable and if there was an toilet brush in the bathroom. Would come back here again!

Rooms are clean but the beds are hard. This may be normal in Japan but a bit firm for me. Convenient to transport options Plenty of restaurants within 20 minutes walk around Tennoji Station. Good shopping mall for self catering.

The place is nice. Room isn’t as big as I had hoped, pictures were a little misleading but all in all it was clean and well maintained. The biggest pitfall may be the inconvenience of having to walk at least 10-20 min just to get to a train or bus station. Also the red light district just to the right of the building(not very child friendly) but easily avoided so it wasn’t a problem at all. Staff responded to messages in a timely manner.

An average stay!

Customer service is no good, no response when questions asked, promised one clean up if stayed for 5 nights which we did, message the management to come to do it but never showed up. Location is not that good as it’s quite far away from train station. Amenities is minimal and we have to pay for laundry as it’s very rare with this kind of lodging! Try to do some cooking but no condiment of any kind!

The property is NOT in Tennoji despite its name. It is 2mins walk to the red light district. Definitely not child friendly. It is right by a "shopping arcade" which mainly consists of shady "restaurants" and bars, no convenience store nearby. The unit does not come with cleaning items(like floor wipes and vacuum cleaner) so by day 2, as they do not offer cleaning service unless your stay is over 5 days, you'd wish there were some products to clean the floor etc. even with normal use. The cleaning staff is not friendly, and it is hard to find them(even though it says "If you want fresh towels, please come to the entrance. I have never seen anyone at the "front desk"). The laundry machine is outside which was a first for me. There is a seating area with a table outside of the entrance but it was almost always occupied by loud speaking scary looking Chinese men. Again, not child friendly. The unit itself was okay, but I do not think I would stay there again.

가족여행으로 방문했습니다. 근처 10분 거리에 대형 쇼핑몰과 지하철 역이 있어 위치도 좋았습니다. 내부도 깨끗하고, 시설도 좋아 편하게 잘 머물다 갑니다. 가격도 저렴하여 다음에 또 오사카 여행을 갈 기회가 생긴다면 다시 예약할 계획입니다.
