Amazing hotel, and it is located in a very good location. 7 minutes walk to a tube station. Very clean and it has everything you would need. Only one thing I was not too happy about. I had a breakfast included with my stay, and for the last day before leaving I asked the staff at the reception if they could arrange for me to take it away as I was leaving very early. They agreed and in fact I spoke to 2 different team members separately and they confirmed. However, it turn out that this info was not relayed, so no breakfast received. I would say that the communication is a bit poor at times, and they do not speak English. Apart from this, I had an amazing stay and will definitely recommend.

Honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. We also had a decent walk to Dontonbori and easy access to food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were lovely, you can leave your luggage here after checkout which is great. There is a station less than 10 minutes walk away, and it's pretty close to Dotonburi/Shinsaibashi for food and shopping! There's a Family Mart literally 20 seconds away too! Great base for wandering about Osaka.

This is such a wonderful hotel. It always smelled nice! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even through limited Japanese on my part. It had a lounge area where guests can sit and enjoy meals or simply relax, and that's always a plus. It was in a very quiet area as well. Highly recommended.

Park Central Sakura is a nice hotel option who want to get away from the loud lights and sounds of Dotonbori. The hotel is about 20 minutes walking or less with a train station 5 min walking either north or south. The rooms sizes are as expected from Japanese hotels, but the beds and sheets are comfy.

Good hotel and price but breakfast not worth it.

I thought the staff was nice, things were clean. My disappointment was simply the breakfast. I had to pay 1300Y but the food was almost cold, options were very limited and honestly not very good (sausages, soggy patties, rubbery croissant). It was unusual for Japan, that prides itself on food. I’m happy otherwise!

This hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff spoke english which made everything very easy. The room was modern and comfortable. There isn’t much room around the beds but we still managed to keep both our suitcases open at all times without making it hard to navigate the room. The toilet being separated from the rest of the bathroom is very convenient for shared spaces. The single beds were roomy and comfortable. They brought new towels to our room everyday. The only thing that didn’t work great is the dryer that is in the hotel. It didn’t dry my boyfriend’s clothes super well so he had to let them air dry. Nonetheless, we are extremely satisfied and we would definitely stay here again. Great hotel for a great price!
