It was a very good stay. The hotel was on the older side, so the hallways looked darker, but the room was well-kept and clean. Housekeeping was good, soundproofing was good, and the staff were friendly and professional. I do wish that they provided more than one pillow per bed, though, but otherwise it was a good stay.
Ideal hotel if you want to be away from the main hub of Osaka. Some great food spots around Shin-Osaka if you’re looking for a quieter area compared to Dotonburi and Kuromon market. 3 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station made it easy to get in and out of. 20 minutes to get to Namba station. Facilities were excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful for all of our needs.
Service was fantastic, clean, room was ideal for a solo trip. Enough room to store luggage. Plenty of amenities in the room
If you’ve forgotten anything.
Ideally located for Shinkansen at a 5 minute walk if you come out of the central exit.
Hotel is about 5 to 10 minutes from Shin-Osaka central gate, and few steps from Osaka metro station. It is now my favorite hotel because of its location. Very safe, clean and quiet. My room was spacious for Japanese standards.
It is literally across the street from where the trains are at. Easy to get to and from the hotel to the train station. The perfect location and a nice sizes room. We had two beds, a sofa along the wall, and a small dinning table. Loved it!!
It is right up against the shore with a wonderful view from the very good restaurant. The public baths are clean and very nice. It would be nice to have a live person behind the counter at registration, although the animated dinosaurs were a novel experience
The hotel seems very old but nicely renovated with very modern bathroom and furnishings, except bidet was earlier version and no towel racks or holders. I would suggest putting a pole bar under the sink so at least to hang hand towels. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, we wanted to eat dinner in the restaurant but was closed. Next door to the hotel was an excellent izakaya-style restaurant and the food was excellent but they supposedly ran out of maguro and sashimi.
The staff in hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
The train station is about a 5 minute walk.
Great hotel to stay the night if youre jumping from city to city. I have travelled from west of Japan, and heading to the east and northern Japan. This hotel was a great place to stop over and refresh. Its near the shin osaka station. Has lots of dining options. Got a good nights sleep and continued on my journey.
I love this place. It's my home away from home whenever I'm in Osaka. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they replaced their outstanding breakfast buffet with a somewhat disappointing set breakfast. I miss all the options they had before and the ability to choose food that avoids my dietary restrictions.
Great service with very friendly staff. The laundry service is located on the basement but tapping your tomcats are required for all in-and-outs. I still feel safe although I did my laundry at midnight.

Value for money, clean and tidy, close to the station, friendly staff.
Definitely posher up front in the foyer than in the room itself, but given the amount I was tearing around in the Osaka leg of my trip (Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara) I wasn’t actually in situ enough for it to matter. It did what I needed it to: a place to dunk my gear and get my head down for the next day.
The rail ‘system’ in Umeda & Namba still sucks though.
