The location of this hotel is great. The breakfast was decent. Check in was great. They kept our bags in the lobby until check in time which was appreciated. They had games the kids could borrow and my son enjoyed that you could bring a gaming system to your room. Now— I would NEVER stay in a bunk room ever again. They were not mattresses or even futons. It was a 2 inch piece of foam. It was so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on the bare floor. I wanted to switch hotels the moment I felt how terrible they were. I had to wind up sleeping on the couch.
What you sleep on in the bunk room. It is NOT a mattress.

Staff was friendly close to famous Dontonbouri and marketplace however the bunkbed mattresses were not mattresses nor were they even futons they were rock hard and had to sleep on the couch. Thank goodness for the couch and thangoodness it was just a 1 night stay.

We are travelling as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). This hotel had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our stay. The boys particularly liked the cubicle bunk beds. The Japanese style breakfast was so lovely every morning and was served from the restaurant on the ground floor making it very convenient. There is a train station about a 3 minute walk away making it easy to get anywhere you need to go and an overwhelming amount of restaurants all in walking distance. Lovely staff at the hotel as well.

Location was perfect. It was close to the local train stations and about 8-10 mins walk to Dotonbori and Kuromon market. There’s a lot of restaurants to eat at and a lot of shops around the area.

Great location

This hotel is perfectly situated near Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping areas. Breakfast was delicious and all customer service was very kind and helpful. The room was small, but thoughtfully laid out. My family enjoyed the bunk beds.

Great location for walking the sights around Namba. Excellent directions provided on their website. Room had everything we needed, 2 sets of bunk beds perfect for our family of four (2a 2c). Foyer had microwave and tea/coffee which was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
