Staff were great and made our stay very enjoyable. They were very respectful and made an effort to greet us every chance they got. The location of the hotel was great and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has an incredibly convenient location — you can easily walk to almost anywhere, and it’s right next to Namba Subway Station. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was quite good, and the room was spotless. I also really appreciated the bathtub — after a long day of travel, it was wonderful to enjoy a relaxing soak. The price was very reasonable as well. Overall, this hotel left a great impression on me, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

This hotel was in a very convenient location, just across the street from Sennichimae Street, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. I also appreciated that a wide variety of shampoos and conditioners were available to borrow at the entrance. Having a convenience store right nearby was another big plus. The room was clean and had a fresh, tidy atmosphere. The only downside was that the shower curtain had a musty, damp smell, which was a bit unpleasant.

Overall it was a great stay. Staff were helpful with phoning for restaurant reservation, luggage forwarding service, domestic shipping, and getting a taxi for us. Room is small but expected, bed and pillow are comfortable. The breakfast buffet variety is acceptable for the price. The biggest down side is that there's only one washer and dryer in the whole hotel, and they are pretty weak (clothing still wet after 2 hours in the dryer), but fortunately that's a proper laundromat within a few minutes walk, so we did our laundry there instead. Will consider staying here again.
