洗衣機以及可以烘乾衣服的浴室，這兩個讓我們在這次的旅程中超級驚艷！每天回到住宿的地方，立刻丟下去洗衣服，洗完澡後開啟『烘衣』功能，幾乎可以在我們要入睡前衣服就乾了，

很棒的浴室
房間蠻大的，有玄關、洗衣機和小廚房。浴室很大，有浴缸並是乾溼分離的，且浴室內有獨立的空調系統，非常加分。缺點是地點稍微偏遠，如果要去心齋橋、梅田等地都需要搭捷運。

很滿意，洗手間有浴室寶，每天洗衫吹一夜已全部乾，很適合夏天旅遊，可以每天清洗衣服，附近有大型超市，很方便。工作人員很友善。

非常新且先進的房間，浴室裡還有防水電視及除濕功能等，並備有冰箱及小廚房讓我們方便煮東西，真的非常超值，下次再來到大阪我一定還會再來住:D

非常好，目前住過CP值最高的日本民宿
原本看到幾則負評，在去之前還有一點點擔心。但實際住了五個晚上的感覺，住宿品質如同照片般的優良，空間很寬敞，設備很新也很人性化。每個房間都有洗衣機真的很方便，雖然安排面對電車那面的房間，也不會聽到電車行駛的聲音（應該是氣密窗）。 住宿地點就在小七後面，附近也有100元Lawson臨時要買宵夜也很便利，十分推薦。 交通部分，如果擔心回程拉行李距離地鐵站比較遠，可以考慮搭兩站公車，從飯店附近的阿倍野筋五丁目上車，任何一台都有到阿倍野橋站，下車過天橋到對面就是天王寺站，這樣要返回關西機場也不用煩惱。 唯獨要注意訂房後，有無收到取鑰匙的密碼信，像我沒收到，花好多時間才聯繫上飯店，搞得出發前好緊張。但最終有順利收到信也取得鑰匙，飯店櫃檯人員英文很好不用擔心溝通問題：）十分推薦給住很多晚的遊客。

Easy access with 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station. You can ride Hakura airport train with 35 mins directly to Tenmoji station and around 15 mins walk to the guest house. A very close convenience store nearby.

車站附近很多好吃好逛的
像是住民宿的感覺,離車站約走5.6分鐘,床套棉被的材質較差但不影響睡眠,浴室活動空間充足,比較讓我不滿意的是冰箱運作聲音大及微波爐有異味(燒焦味),整體來還算OK

非常非常好的住宿體驗，飯店人員相當親切，房間也很大，攤開兩個行李箱都沒問題，有廚房、洗衣機，浴室廁所還有暖氣，床也很好睡。從阿倍野站5號出口出來大約走十分鐘就到了，很方便，直接走到天王寺也很近

Clean n tidy, modern n compact room with all necessities provided. Helpful staff who helps to keep our luggage after checkout Only thing need to improve is softer bed sheet n cover is needed. Within fifteen minutes walk to the JR Tennoji station with big shopping malls nearby. Provided that the great value for the price, this walkable distance is definitely acceptable. Would love to stay again in my next visit.

CHIACHUAN

設備新穎是整個對該住宿地的感覺。 原來的停車場改建成旅館，所以到目前(2018.Nov.01)在谷歌的街景地圖上還看不到該建築，所以是一間極新的旅館。 旅館的所在並不難找，關西機場搭阪和線到天王寺走過來（有點遠）再搭乘地鐵谷町線一站到阿倍野站下車從5號出口上來後順著左邊的人行道走（或是6號出口搭電梯到地面，再過馬路右轉），然後遇到左手邊的第一間7-11，從7-11旁的小小巷子走進來就到了，或是機場搭南海電鐵到浜寺公園（便宜）或住吉大社（近）轉乘阪堺路面電車上町線到松虫再順著電車方面往北走，遇到右手邊的7-11再走巷子進來就。 旅館的前台服務時間是0900-1700，中午有休息時間，若是超過下午五點後入住就要用自助check in 了，旅館的設備新穎，連浴缸的水溫都可以用介面控制，另外冰箱、微波爐、瓦斯爐甚至連洗衣機都有，空間也比市區的飯店大了些。 因為房間是地毯，容易引發過敏;另外隔音稍微差了些，若是有空氣清淨機的話對於易過敏的人就是一大福音囉！

Well equipped room and nice stay!
The room is clean and equipped with all kinds of brand new Japanese home appliances. They all in good condition, like the thermo ventilator in bathroom helped us to dry our clothes after wash in few hour time. Those home appliances providing good experience of Japanese household. Also the bed is big so is the room. The location is a bit of a downside though, we either walk 2-3 mins and paid 210 yen for a tram to Tennoji Station, or walk 7-8 mins to Abeno metro station if you need to go out. But over all, Good experience!!

Great location fits the bill.
We were looking for a good value location and the Seagul Palace is ideal with many of Osaka’s sights in walking distance and easy access to Metro and JR. Knowing Japan quite well, our expectations on accommodation size meant no surprises with the compact room being nice and quiet, a functional bathroom and washing machine all efficiently included within it. Fridge and microwave handy, however only mugs for drinks as kitchen utensils. Very comfortable and quiet overall, although as everyone also notes and is pretty standard in ‘weekly mansion’ style accommodation, pillows have no support. Easy to get round with a jacket or the likes folded and placed underneath for better support overall. Staff very friendly and supportive. Again as norm, early check in is chargeable, although they are happy to store bags whilst waiting, and within reception opening hours. Enjoyed stay very much.
