The room was large and clean. A perfect space for anyone that has a work-from-home job and that loves to travel. The cafe area had plenty of space and the food offered was good. (I especially loved the mini donut holder. Very unique.) Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent atmosphere!

The service was exceptional. The breakfast/snack/drink bar were also amazing. My friends and I were easily able to walk to restaraunts/izakayas and the Osaka Aquarium. Highly highly recommend.

Hotel Sails Experience was Awesome

Osaka was gorgeous and this hotel didn't hold out in terms of luxurious feels. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had cute pasteries and a coffee machine.

This is a small hotel and run well. The room was very spacious (queen bed for one person); and the best part is the large desk with a Herman Miller chair. Since it was a business trip for me, and I was doing work on the computer for many hours, the desk really made a positive difference. The subway stop was just steps away from the front door of the hotel. A very convenient location. Staff were really wonderful.

Perfect place to stay in Osaka

Lovely hotel with nice amenities (the pajamas were a nice touch!) and lots of space, simple but tasty pastry breakfast, metro entrance is just outside the hotel (or a 10 minute taxi to Universal Studios Japan). Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Steps away from subway

Very nice and helpful employees. Our room was clean and spacious even with three twins beds. Free breakfast includes good selection of bread and pastries.

Worth staying, great hotel!

Hotel is very new, very clean, hotel staff are friendly and polite. It is within walking distance from the aquarium. The only downside is no parking but there are few parking slots nearby. I don’t think it’s only 2.5 star hotel as it says in hotels.com, I would say it’s more like a 3.5-4 star hotel. Definitely worth staying.
