ホテル全体は綺麗でしたし、アメニティ等は充分揃ってましたが、写真で見るよりお部屋は狭かったです。また朝食ブッフェはパンの種類がもう少しあると嬉しいです。

駅からさほど遠くなく、それでいて静か。ロビーに入ってすぐ、涼しくよかったです。お部屋は広くはないですが、単純に泊まるだけと考えれば問題なし。周辺にカフェや、うどん店などあり、ささっと食べて次の行動に繋げられましたので、満足です。また機会があれば利用したいと思えるお宿でした。

関西万博に行くのに、御堂筋新大阪の６番出口も直線で歩けて近く、シャトルバス乗り場へにアクセスも良く、新大阪駅構内のお土産やレストランも充実していて、便利でした。朝食のレストランが広くてゆったり食べられました。2泊しましたがメニューも日替わりになったものもあり、美味しくいただきました。万博会場へ持っていく水筒に、スタッフの方が快く氷水を入れてくださって、2日間共大変有り難かったです。ツインの部屋は狭かったのですが、毎日20,000歩歩いて帰って来てシャワーして寝るだけでしたので、2泊するのに金額的に助かりました。
