Its a property at a very convinient location as JR line as well as metro station is near by. Some good eating joints too are near the hotel plus a small zoo is 12 mins walk from hotel. Property is neat and clean with free coffee on offer. Rooms were decent size although found bath tum is bathroom to be small in terms of height due to a beam over it. No water provided is another drawback. There is little (got room on 12th floor) noise of trains but its manageable. View of the main road was beautiful. Overall was good stay for my family.

The property was great value for money. Reasonably priced but with quality rooms and amenities. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Metro public transport was nearby just across the road which was great and very convenient. The surrounding area around the hotel was not so nice. It was surprising to experience a large amount of trash and fly tipping in the area, along with a number of rough sleepers in the area. We did not feel particularly safe if we deviated from the route from the hotel to the metro.

Nice hotel, not disappointed.

This is a nice, standard Japanese hotel. Great access to the train and subway and a convenience store right across the street. You are just one train stop away from Namba station near downtown Osaka.
