Staff were helpful with my issues. Unfortunately the area is a bit inconvenient if you rely on JR pass since it's difficult to get to the Osaka Loop Line without metro, long transfer or lots of walking. The breakfast at this APA hotel had limited options compared to the one I stayed in Tokyo. And the map that the hotel provided for food option was in wrong direction.

朝食は混まない時間を選び、8時頃に行きました。まだ8時なのに、ほとんどない状態で、これならコンビニで朝ご飯買った方がよかった…。 それに加え、他のお客さんがスタッフに声かけると、怒鳴るように話していました。 それを聞いた周りのお客さんも、朝から気分が悪いと言っていたし、自分も気分悪く、食欲もうせました。もうここには泊まりたくない。

スタッフの手際が良い。バスタブが少し小さく感じるが許容範囲。ただ、シャワーカーテンなのか若干残る臭いが気になった。また、掛け布団？の内側にカビが生えていて、その点だけが残念だった。清潔だけは優先して欲しい。コインランドリーが他のホテルと比べると高い。

次もアパにします。

シャワーのお湯の量や圧が十分で快適でした。ベッドも広くテレビも大きくて良かった。近隣の音も気にならず快適に過ごしました。 水回りは清潔に見えたので良かったけど、唯一気になったは、少しカビ臭さを感じたのが残念。トータルでは満足です。

Der früheste Zeitpunkt zum Checkin war 15 Uhr. Etwas spät finde ich. Immerhin konnten wir unser Gepäck schon vorher abgeben. Der Checkin Vorgang hat mir nicht gefallen. Alle Daten musste man selbst auf einem Bildschirm eintippen und der Reisepass wurde eingescannt. Was mit den Daten gemacht wird und ob ein Foto vom Reisepass gespeichert wurde, war nicht transparent. Eine Frau vom Hotel hat dabei geholfen. Mir hat diese Art des Checkin überhaupt nicht gefallen. Zu bemängeln war das unbrauchbar langsame Wifi im Zimmer. Ebenso schlecht fand ich, dass auf dem Fernseher mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Air Condition zentral gesteuert wird. Wegen diesem falschen Hinweis fanden wir erst einen Tag später heraus, dass es doch ein Display gibt, mit dem man die Temperatur einstellen konnte. Bis dahin frierten wir bei 16,5 Grad im Zimmer. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich nochmals ein APA Hotel buchen würde.
