Excellent Stay - Highly recommended

This home was everything we needed and more. The owners were very communicative as there was an ice storm upon our arrival. They were very accommodating and the beds and whole house was very comfortable.

There were a lot of bugs/spiders inside the home that we stayed in. Also a few cosmetic issues: the light in the upstairs bathroom duck taped to the ceiling, the towel rack in the upstairs bathroom fell off the wall, the mini fridge in the upstairs bedroom leaked all over the floor when turned on, there was still hair in the shower in the downstairs bathroom. There was also a safety incident. Someone was banging on our door for about 10 minutes in the middle of the night. We called the Margaritaville police and were told that, because we were staying in Tan-Tar-A, they would not help up and we would need to call the actual policy. The police were not able to make it to the residence for 45 minutes, leaving us vulnerable to whoever was outside. By the time the police arrived, the person had already left and the Margaritaville police could have made it to the residence in time to catch whoever it was that wanted to get in. Overall, it was not a great experience and there are definitely adjustments that can be made to make the resort/estates better in the future.
