She was upbeat, smiled, answered all our questions, gave great recommendations for restaurants. Having her at the front desk is an excellent way to welcome guests."

"There was snot on the wall, there were Mexican talking very loudly right outside our window at midnight, loud music at 7:00 am . One of the bedroom light fixtures was out, tv didn’t work, the bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud and looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. Other than all that fine"

There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online but the sign said it closed at 10. The $12 breakfast buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty."
