Hotel has some practices that remind one of a child's summer camp - special token required to turn in at front desk in order to receive spa towels, notices of bans in taking glassware or utensils to ones room from the bar or breakfast area, needed special request for a writing desk in the room, and breakfast buffet depleted if one arrives after 9:30. Luna is an amazing hotel in the beautiful alpine village of Ortisei. The room was lovely, comfortable, spacious and super clean. The facility is gorgeous with a fabulous spa, a nice pub and a great restaurant. The half board was a great choice! I had an outstanding server, who took care of all my dining needs. 100% recommend this hotel!

The hotel was so lovely. Staff very accommodating. The property itself is beautiful and convenient with onsite parking. We got a room with a view to Alpe di Siusi. The location is perfect and so easy to get to Seceda or Alpe di Siusi within a short walk. We got the half board and the dinner experience was great. I loved this hotel and their staff so much. Will definitely stay here next time in Ortisei.
