Stayed fair few times at this hotel ,now it has new management and the staff are lovely reccomend the bigger rooms as the standard rooms are small but very modern, good comfortable bed, good hairdryer,nice balcony. Retro bar attached to the hotel in dalyan is handy, turkish breakfast is of good quality.

The experience was great. I used a 3 persons room the space was gorgeous. The room and bathroom were clean. I selected this property based on the wooden floors and bed backs and it was as good as the picture and this added a value to the room. The staff was simling and cheerful, you can sense it from the vibes of the place and the breakfast. I didn't have the time to have long talks but they were always cheering to me as a friend. The location is great withing few steps from the river, boat rides, restaurants and markets

Great value for the money. Very helpful owner and staff. The room we had was not huge, but just enough space to manage. The room was clean, and cleaned every 2-3 days. You could ask at reception for the room to be cleaned, and they also have fresh towels and toilet rolls if required. They have a lovely self service Turkish breakfast. The pool is quite big, but the area around it does not do it justice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the lovely staff and ownee.

Lovely little hotel. Very convenient location to everything in Dalyan. Nicely decorated with good Aircon. The balconies are nice to sit out on. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Smyrna Hotel, and would highly recommend it! The hotel has a great location in the centre of town, a nice pool, comfortable room, lovely breakfasts, and friendly staff. Overall excellent value. We felt very safe and looked after, and would definitely stay there again. Çok teşekkür ederim!

Pretty okay

For the price the hotel was okay. Breakfast was nice, your usual Turkish breakfast, salads, meats, cheeses. Could have done with a toaster though. The rooms were nice but not the cleanest, the bathroom was dirty when we arrived, we stayed for 7 days and our room was never cleaned, despite asking for it to be cleaned. We had to ask at reception for clean towels and more toilet paper. The staff were very friendly but we wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel is more suited as a Turkish bed&breakfast. The pictures shown skilfully taken make this look spacious & modern. Reality is rooms are small, tight, bathroom modern but impractical as small,tight,compact & while modern fitments height of shower cabinet means 6ft over you while bang head. Hotel pool is seperate across road no real amenities, poor loungers, disused bar, limited shelter & used by local residents. Hotel also has attached Retro Bar, kebab cafe & competes with M hotel opposite re live music till usually 1am. Breakfast was adequate but again very Turkish. The overall feel of the hotel is not resort type but B&B. Acid test would I stay again , now I have seen first hand no, so don’t fall for the pictures.

Rezeption amateurhaft: Erwähnt z.B. nicht, dass nur alle drei Tage das Zimmer gereinigt und aufgerüstet wird (eine Toilettenpapierrolle für 3 Tage??), zwingt Hilfe auf (bewegt Koffer einige Meter vor die Tür) und bleibt kackfrech solange vor der Tür stehen, bis es Trinkgeld gibt (ala „Kevin allein in New York“….) Auskünfte danach auch eher widerwillig oder amateurhaft. Man war in hunderten Hotels überall in der Welt, und man kennt jegliche Klassen davon, aber selbst für ein „Boutique Hote“ war das schlechte Leistung. Ansonsten macht es optisch auf den ersten Blick einen netten Eindruck. Aber mehr gewollt als gekonnt.. in den Details dann immer mehr Minus… Zimmer seheh nett aus, sind aber sehr klein, null Abstellfläche, das winzige Bad hätte auch ordentlicher verarbeitet sein können. Pluspunkt: Stabiles Fliegengitter vor dem kleinen Badfenster (unbedingt nötig!!!). Frühstücksbuffet zwar nett, traditionell und frisch jeden Morgen vorbereitet. Aber steht quasi nur unter einer offenen Veranda. Milchprodukte und alle weiteren Sachen sind der Hitze und den Fliegen ausgesetzt… Die Terrasse/Vorgarten/Eingang dient gleichzeitig als Frühstücksbereich und Sitzmöglichkeit, aber auch bis spät in die Nacht als Lounge für die direkt davor stehende nette Bar. Dementsprechend aber auch eine gewisse Lautstärke mit Musik bis spät Abends. Positiv: Der Hotelbesitzer ist sehr nett und zeigt Interesse. Summa summarum: 1-2 Nächte OK. Aber in der Art/Klasse sehr bescheiden in der Gesamt-Quali…
