"We liked our stay overall. We did receive 2 phone calls and an email asking us to cancel our stay because they were full. We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. So we showed up for our reservation and we were the only 3 people staying at the place. We were very confused about that. The place otherwise is very nice and could be a great venue for events too. I hope they do well. "Room was very pleasant and cozy, basic but clean with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. Staff were helpful but unobtrusive. Everything is well organized and efficient. And the price is most reasonable by Copenhagen standards. I read some bad reviews before coming, which worried me but my advice is to ignore them. I was there for 9 nights and was relaxed, comfortable and content."

"Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead. A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "
