Very poor accomodation

The rooms has insect and cockroaches. The linen smells so old, you need to request for an insect spray and change of linen.

- no elevators, no cable, dirty halway, - front desk have an slight bad attitude to customers - my room was placed beside the area where there are construction people working and keeps on drilling things. Customer's checked in to have a peaceful room without any noises outside. - no blinds in my room just a dirty curtain that cannot be adjusted to avoid light and heat of the sun coming in the room. - no wifi - the room can easily be opened from outside even there is a guest inside the room. - overall satisfaction - very upsetting

Good value for the pirce

Overall clean, but some of the wait staff takes up the limited lobby seating when guests are standing. Rooms are clean, but sometimes the stairwells are neglected.

Totally dirty rooms and a lot ant's and nobody clean. If you ask about toilet papers nobody brings. There is no water planty times. Tv programs no work.

Bad Experience

The room size was ok but it was very smelly. Beddings and Pillows are smelly too. The entire hotel ran out of water for about 5 hours.

not good, we checked-in for few minutes and decided to look for another. no proper car park? cable tv's has only 2 channels they tried to repaired it upon our complain-no succeed...

no water,there pump was out,but should have told me when i check-in, i would have gone somewhere else,,it was not till i was going to take a shower before going to bed that there was no water,,,told them about that but no answer,, later asked them for some hot water so i can mixed withe the cold ,to take a shower,, the the following morning we checked out,,hope the expedia will refund my unused day,,,,,,,,
