"Waterpark for a 6 year old was not operating but was charged resort fees. We took my grandson for his Birthday so not being able to use waterpark was very disappointing. Our room was not cleaned in the 3 days that we were there."

"To be honest, I've stayed here before and it was great. This time not so much. Overall was acceptable for the price, but a dirty hot tub, pubic hair on the room jacuzzi, got put in a building so far away from any pool or amenity and the courtesy shuttle did not run every 15 minutes like they said ..."
