Staff at check in was very nice and helpful and helpful, room was clean, resort was nice with lots of things to do, we enjoyed mini golf and walking at night to see all the lights, will definitely stay again

The resort was beautiful, very clean, lots of amenities, staff was very friendly. A few things to note there is a resort fee at check in and the water park and paddle boats are not included for guests, it is a separate charge.

Everything was fantastic! The room was very clean. We requested a few towels and they gave us many! We were driven to our room and when we left, they drove us up to the main entrance at check out. All staff was very helpful. Great location!

Room has a light smell, poor AC, Poor internet connection. The booked room was called 1 bedroom villa, however it's just a one bedroom apartment in a 6 story building. Parking was always full. Hotel charged an additional +$30 per night, which was not clear on the booking from Expedia. Location is convenient for the parks - 15-20 min drive.

Many pools to choose from, full resort amenities. On site bowling alley, full Activities department. Overall great value and great stay. Near Disney Springs, Icon Park and Universal Studios. Would definitely stay again.

The room was so clean, it was always something to do. We had a good time. My only issue was the staff not being that friendly for example, you say good morning and they don’t speak back. It comes off as they don’t like their job or everyone is angry I can be wrong but I’m mad I didn’t buy a timeshare when my kids was younger. I love this place.

The waterpark was an extra fee on top of the already pricey resort few but it was worth it. Lots of slides and lazy river. Plus a heated wave pool. Cafe and bar on premises.

We have stayed here twice now, and both times were just fabulous. The staff is kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean as could be. We love the screened in patios and how large the rooms are. Planning another trip to Orlando next month and will absolutely stay here again.

Property had a resort type feel to it. Loved the rooms but unfortunately we were placed next to the laundry room which was loud in the morning. Loved the gym and my wife loved the spa. Many options for entertainment, and some options for dining. A little bit on the expensive side but overall worth it.

This is more on Expedia, they said they had an airport shuttle, Westgate does not offer one. The rest is on Westgate. My son and I waited over an hour for our food at their restaurant, we never received it, but several people that were there half the time got their food before us. All Westgate said was we are sorry, did absolutely nothing to try and make it right. I was unexpectedly charged an extra 150 dollars when we arrived, it was to be able to use the hotel amenities. We were unable to use anything because of rain, we tried to play mini golf and was told it was closed, it was absolutely beautiful outside. Never got to use the water park. Because of rain, even though the rain stopped and it was a beautiful day. Staff was rude to my son and I while we were waiting for our Uber. I would not recommend anyone stay at this place, they seemed more interested in selling time shares instead of actually taking care of guests. This place is a ripoff and will never stay there again
