I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I booked a room early in the morning for a standard king bed room and paid for it, but when I arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms available, except a room with 2 double beds. My boyfriend and I drove 2 hours to get there and for some reason, they didn't hold a room for me when I already booked it and paid for it. How can a hotel do that to someone?! I booked a certain room for a certain reason, so my boyfriend and I could spend time together. The point is that I booked a certain room and they deceived me, so I had to drive around to find another hotel to stay at and pay more money. I can't believe they did that to me!! I was having a rough week at work and just wanted to go somewhere to relax, but I guess they just give rooms out to everybody on a first come first serve basis. They even messaged me and said they look forward to me coming and to let them know if I had any special requests, which I did not. Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel and I will never try to book a room with them again!! You can try your luck, but not me. I really hope my money gets refunded back to me because that is just horrible customer service, and the management is either not running it right or the employees they hired just don't care. Either way, I have been charged for the room already and I had to spend time and money on another hotel, which should have never happened.
