I would never stay here again! I chose a deluxe room for the balcony. The balcony was filthy and had bugs everywhere. I noticed spiders crawling on the room door. When I arrived, there was an issue with the key. Every time I would swipe the key to the main door entrance it would light up red. I notified someone at the front office and they stated someone would come. 45 minutes passed and no one came. I reached out to someone at the front office again and they again advised someone would be coming. After waiting for another 20 minutes, my husband saw a maintenance man and flagged him down. He was supposed to be coming to the room but was on his golf cart having a conversation and didnt acknowledge my husband when he walked up. Finally, the other maintenance man said something. He came over and said the door batteries were going out and thats why it was lighting up red. He said they won't change the battery until its completely dead. The parking is awful. If you try to stay out past 9 you will have to park far from your building in guest parking. The shower is the size of a rectangle box and had the previous guest hair all on the walls. The batteries in the remote to the tv were dead. The only positive about this place is that it does have a lot of amenities, it's near Disney, Walmart, and the kitchen is nice with a wonderful pot and pan set.
