"Great boutique hotel with satisfactory amenities. Very few wall signs required maintenance/ repair. I arrived around 2pm and tried checking in early which would allow me to get to my seminar in a timely manner but was told that a $45 fee would be charged for early check-in. I understand the value of paying this if you have a waiting list of people trying to check in and the lobby might be overcrowded. But the lobby was calm, only 2 other people were waiting patiently for 4pm to check in. I think this is where excellent customer service is differentiated from good customer service, knowing when to be flexible regarding the fees. But I get it, it's a business but sometimes these are the details that matter when it comes to customer satisfaction. Overall, great hotel at a great price and would consider staying here again. Staff was very respectful and professional. Also, room needed better lighting besides the mood lighting."

"We checked in late, 12am to the Dolphin after late hours at Hollywood Studios. We walked over to the resort and went upstairs to just sleep. The room was comfy and se got a good night's sleep. There was a fire alarm being tested at 9am the next morning. We were up, but it was going off again when we got back from Disney Springs. The hotel had so much to offer and looked like so much fun, but we were just there for the one night."
